Although a well written book I felt this book wasn't quite up to par with Courageous Living and The Resolution of Men, both books in this series of three and books I've reviewed in the past few days. It will definitely be a book that I return to again, when I have more time to take one chapter at a time and really study it. Because there is so much to digest within the book, I've done much underlining so that when I go back I can see what really jumped out at me as I read.

- authentically me...a resolution to value myself and celebrate others
- my best...a resolution to devote myself completely to God's priorities for my life
- my integrity...a resolution to live with the highest stands of virtue and purity
- and more...
- the affirmation statements that are taken directly from the Word. There are five pages of them.
- the inventory of the tongue's track record, both the symptoms and the diagnosis.
- the "14 Challenge". I loved this one and plan on implementing it in my life beginning in the new year.
